Learning & Development Manager – Consulting Sector – Riyadh

If you’re driven by developing people, designing impactful learning experiences, and building future-ready capabilities, this role is for you.About the Role: As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies that enhance the skills, performance, and growth of our consulting team. You will work closely with leadership to align development programs with business goals and ensure we stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry.Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver end-to-end learning strategies tailored for consultants and project teams. • Conduct training needs assessments and competency gap analyses. • Develop onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development programs. • Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously optimize learning outcomes. • Partner with external trainers and internal subject matter experts. • Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Ideal Candidate: • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a consulting or high-performance environment. • Strong background in instructional design, adult learning, and leadership development. • Proven ability to build scalable L&D programs from the ground up. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
