RLP programme transforms an individual contributor to an effective first-time team leader.
Equipped with a solid grounding in leadership and team theory, apply what they learn to practical exercises throughout the programme.

RLP supports young leaders during the initial steps of this critical transition so they can begin their professional growth and realize their full leadership potential. After the program, the RLP Alumni Network provides participants and their organizations with a source of state-of-the-art business knowledge and a thriving global community of emerging leaders.

The programme is best for candidates with:

  • Three to 10 years’ work experience.
  • Fewer than five years’ management experience.
  • Some decision-making responsibilities but limited people management experience.

Method

We have designed an experience-based program for talents assigned to their first significant leadership roles. As a result, RLP relies on methods specifically chosen for this group, including business updated cases, interactive training, group work, psychometric assessments, experiential learning and 1 to 1 coaching.

This programme is run through a partnership with one of the world top university (University of Kent) and IBIS consultancy UK to deliver best outcomes possible for your candidates.

Certification

A certificate of attendance will be granted from the University of Kent as well as a completion certificate from Leadership Resources.
